Katie Begor
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNERKatie has led and grown 30+ B2C and B2B partnerships across Travel, Retail, Entertainment, and Dining, with a focus on net-new business development.
At American Express, she moved rapidly from individual contributor to Director of the Delta, Hilton, and Uber company-wide partnerships (~$52B in volume), as well as Amazon, Apple, and Expedia in prior roles. With ownership of strategy, operations, business development, and P&L, she has driven up to $1B in revenue in some of her largest deals and product launches. Her work has been recognized with the American Express Centurion Award, the President's Excellence Award, and selection by Influential Women as one of the Most Influential Women of 2026.
Prior to Amex, Katie worked in Institutional Equities at Morgan Stanley. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics, and currently serves as Finance Officer on the Board of Next Up, a national non-profit aimed at advancing women in business.
Ashley Fischer
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNERAshley brings both corporate and start-up business development experience.
As a Vice President at American Express, she led Amex's largest digital partnerships with direct ownership of PayPal, Google, Meta, and Apple (~$80B in volume), defining multi-year strategies, leading negotiations, and building new global business opportunities that brought in over $1B to the company. She was selected for Amex's accelerated leadership program through Duke University and received the American Express Centurion Award, reserved for the top 1–2% of global employees. Ashley also built the net-new Rakuten and Cardlytics partnerships, which formed the basis for the newly launched 'Amex Ads' product.
She was Hinge App's first intern and started her career as a teacher in Newark, NJ. Ashley sat on the board of the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District, appointed by the Manhattan Borough President. She received a dual MBA/MPA from MIT Sloan and Harvard Kennedy School, and graduated Cum Laude from Bowdoin College.
